Logical random loot Completely reworks the loot sysem in skyrim making magical items less common at all levels. You are just as likely to find a water breathing ring at lvl 1 as you are at level 100. Plants provide a logical amount of alchemical ingreadients. IE if a plant has 6 blooms on it then you can expect to get up to 6 blooms There is a random element that will provide anywhere from 0-6 All plants and creatures behave in the same manner.
